Supporting Tanner Brennan's medical needs

Tanner is an eighteen year old graduating from Prospect Mountain High School in Alton, NH who was recently diagnosed with AVM (Arteriovenous Malformation). AVM is a tangle of blood vessels connecting arteries and veins in the brain. While undergoing testing to determine the best course of treatment other significant medical issues have arisen. Due to Tanner's condition, Tanner's mom now has to cut back on working and will need as much financial support as possible. Upon graduation he may not have full medical coverage right away.  Tanner's mom is a single mom who has raised her boys and is a well known member of the Alton community. Please consider any financial help you may be able to donate as Tanner has significant medical treatments that he will be undergoing. These include trips to Dartmouth and Boston area hospitals.
