Supporting Tammy during recovery.

The truth is, you never know what tomorrow will bring. Things can change in an instant, leaving today looking different from tomorrow.

Tammy goes above and beyond for the people she loves, in any way shape or form. She will be the first to show up when things are hard, to keep you calm in your own storm. She will make you laugh, she will make you cry, she might even try to convince you to take a cold dip in the ocean, to better yourself!

She's a lover of yoga, meditation, and reading. The great outdoors, the ocean and hiking. A talented photographer, capturing your lifes greatest moments.

Being self employed has many advantages but in times like this, the financial stress can be overwhelming. If you are able and comfortable, let's come together to help relieve some stress for Tammy and her family.

The doctors and nurses- extensions of god!- have been amazing removing a lemon sized tumour from my head! ♥️

I went to my family doctor about 8 months ago with a sharp pain in my head and he basically called me a hypochondriac and said it was stress. I knew it was something more!

Monday I was outside doing yoga and my vision went blurry and my left arm and hand went tingly and numb and it’s like everything in my brain melted into a jumbled puddle and I couldn’t move or talk properly. I stumbled in to call out to daughter meg to call 911.

Apparently they thought it was just a mental break down, but luckily there was someone at st Claries who knew me and said the way I was acting wasn’t like me (I hope I find out who that was and thank her!) and they recommended a CT SCAN and then moved me to HSC for an MRI. And that’s when they found it. They took it out yesterday. I notice difference already. Hopefully this is the big change I’ve been needing. And I will be able to function more human like now.

And remember: we know our bodies better than drs think we do! I’m so disappointed at my dr for not believing me and making feel crazy.

That lemon in my head made me feel so very crazy. I’m looking forward to seeing what changes will come from this.
