I wanted to start by thanking everyone who has supported Taya, Brandon and baby Braya during their journey and provide an update.

Taya and baby Braya have been admitted to Maine Medical in Portland as of Wednesday. Taya's chiropractor, Cindy Bouchard (Angel in disguise), noticed something was off during their appointment on Tuesday and sent Taya to the ER where they found a mass in her upper back/neck.

After a couple of long days and many tests still ahead they have determined Taya needs a bit more attention. The tumor has intertwined with her spinal cord and there seem to be a few other areas of concern. Taya and Brandon have been assured that Braya is of great health and can be delivered at anytime although the teams are going to let her cook for as long as possible!

Taya goes in for surgery tomorrow morning to evaluate the tumors, get tissue samples and decompress her spine in hopes to relieve some of the pain she is feeling.

I know the community Taya and Brandon have built around them and the concerns you all must have, just know she is in great hands (these doctors have been amazing), relaxing as much as possible and preparing for the "rollercoaster" to come.
