Supporting Steven's Recovery

Hi everyone,

My beloved nephew, Steven Gomez, suffered a hemorrhagic stroke and heart attack on February 23rd. Steven has since been on life support in the ICU fighting for his life. The stroke caused internal bleeding in his brain leaving him with severe damage to the brain stem. Due to this, Steven has no motor skills and the doctors have said he will likely enter a "Locked-in State" which suggests Steven is aware of us, he can hear us, he wants to speak to us, but he has no control over his body or speech. 

The next 3 months are CRUCIAL for Steven's chances at recovery as the blood in his brain should dissipate by then and we can work on helping Steven regain motor function. 

We are praying for a MIRACLE over Steven's body and will need to get him the best treatment possible for him to have a chance at recovery. We believe in a Good God who can heal and ask for you to pray with us.

Steven is more than a nephew; he's a ray of light in our lives. He is strong and know with your support, he can have a chance at life again with his family and children. 

Your donation will not only help with Steven's medical expenses but also support his loving mother with travel, lodging, and everyday expenses to get Steven the best care.
