Shirley Tejada is a beloved mother, friend, and sister who is in need of your help. She has a complicated health history that includes blindness, dementia, kidney failure, and stroke. Even with these ailments she has always kept a smile on her face and maintained her humor.

She has recently suffered from hip and shoulder fractures from a fall, which needed multiple surgeries, and this has led to a significant decline in her health. Complications of this event have led to increased specialized medical needs. Doctors informed us that her quality of life will decline tremendously. They have confirmed the usual life expectancy after an event like this is less than 1 year. This combined with her existing struggles have resulted in our need of your help.
