My dear colleague, Seetha, and her family are facing an incredibly challenging time. Her husband is in need of a second kidney transplant. Having already received the gift of life once through a previous transplant, he is now facing the difficult reality that his transplanted kidney is failing. This unforeseen and heartbreaking setback requires him to undergo another major surgery and endure the arduous transplant process once again.

He is a loving father to their son, a supportive husband, and a caring individual, bravely battling illness due to a series of infections since last year. A second transplant is his best hope for a healthy future, allowing him to return to a more normal life with his family.

The financial burden of a second transplant is immense, encompassing the surgery, post-operative care, anti-rejection medications, and numerous other expenses.
