Sathish is a good friend of mine. He lost his dad at a very unfortunate moment recently. His parents were visiting him in US where his dad suffered cardiac arrest. Losing a loved one has put his family through immense distress and also through a huge financial burden. Sathish had to get his dad admitted in medical facilities in the US to provide emergency medical treatment. That failed and he lost his dad. He also had to deal with the bureaucratic process of getting the needed approvals and permits to get his dad’s mortal remains back to his hometown in India to perform last rites.
