Ronny Hermis has been a member at Get Fit since 2014.  He is a committed member of our 4:30pm class but has always loved challenging himself to push past his comfort zone and take back to back classes and encourage others to join him.  Last December Ronny coordinated a Triple Thursday workout to raise money for the families we adopted for Christmas to bless them.  He rallied up several Get Fit Members and together they raised $1,820.  Anyone who knows Ronny knows that his heart is as big as his #guns, and he would do anything to help others.

This is our chance to give that same love in return to Ronny.

In February, Ronny was diagnosed with AML ( Acute Myeloid Leukemia), he was hospitalized and transferred to Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento so that he could receive proper treatment.  Ronny has a journey ahead of him and we would like to help him out financially with his medical bills and would like to invite anyone to come join us on Tuesday, March 28th for our 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm classes (Ronny's faves) for a Triple Tuesday workout to show Ronny that we are fighting right along side him.
