The cancer is classified as grade 3 and stage IIb, signifying its mid-range size and involving her lymph nodes, further emphasizing the gravity of the situation.

Treatment Plan: Renée's treatment plan is rigorous and multifaceted. It encompasses a combination of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, surgery, and radiation therapy. Chemotherapy will target and hopefully shrink the aggressive cancer cells, followed by a surgical intervention to remove the affected tissue. The process will culminate in radiation therapy to ensure that any remaining cancer cells are eradicated. The immunotherapy will continue for a year.
