On January 7, 2026, our community was shattered by the tragic and senseless loss of Renee Nicole Good, a loving mother, devoted wife, poet, and cherished friend. Renee, 37, was taken from her family far too soon, leaving behind her wife, their young son, and two older children from a previous relationship.Renee's family is now facing an unimaginable future without her presence, love, and support. As they grieve this devastating loss, they also confront the practical challenges of rebuilding their lives. Renee was a vital source of emotional and financial stability for her household, and her absence creates significant long-term needs. All funds raised through this campaign will be used exclusively to provide ongoing support for Renee's wife and three children: Income stability for her wife: Helping cover essential living expenses, housing, and financial security during this difficult transition and beyond.

College funds for all three children: Building dedicated education savings accounts to secure their future opportunities, honoring Renee's belief in the power of learning and personal growth.

100% of donations will support Renee's wife and three children as outlined above. However, to cover administrative time and any minor out-of-pocket expenses incurred while managing this fundraiser (such as communication with family members, providing updates, and coordinating distributions), the organizer will retain a small portion of 5%. This ensures the campaign can be maintained effectively over time. The remaining 95% will go directly to the family's long-term needs (income stability, monthly child expenses, and college funds).
