Hi there, I'm Eva and a friend to the wonderful Rebecca Hynes.

I have started this fundraiser to help support Bec on her journey to health.

Bec has struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for several years which has made it difficult for her at work and general day to day. A couple of months back she was hospitalized with a severe pneumonia infection and since then, due to severe neutropenia and an uncontrollable flare-up of arthritis, has not been able to go back to work or handle many simple tasks in life easefully.

She is currently being closely monitored as her doctors are concerned that she may be facing a challenge with leukemia. However, this will not be confirmed for a few months when she will have a second bone marrow biopsy. At the moment, weekly medical treatment she is receiving for white blood cell production, is unfortunately causing her rheumatoid arthritis to worsen.

I have started this GoFundMe page in hope to ease her burden and give her support during this health challenge that she finds herself in.

I would love to see her afford what she needs over the next few months including much needed nutritional and physical therapy to manage pain, inflammation and support her health, to help her overcome this hurdle and get back to her wonderful self.

The intended treatment plan this GoFundMe would provide her with is nutritional support by way of a customised protocol of dietary supplementation, with supporting physical therapies, lymphatic treatment with therapist, infrared sauna sessions for pain management and to assist with extra doctor and specialist appointments, travel to Tweed Hospital and medication.
