With heavy hearts, I’m sharing that my husband, Chris, passed away on April 21, 2026. Chris was a devoted husband, an incredible father, and truly the kind of person who showed up for the people he loved. He was our steady place—our biggest supporter, our encourager, and the one who made sure we never felt alone. He loved deeply, laughed easily, and had a smile that could light up any room.
Over the past several days, our family has been navigating unimaginable loss while also facing the very real and immediate challenges that come with it. With Chris’ passing, we’ve lost not only the heart of our home, but also a significant source of financial support. The most urgent need right now is covering rent this month, so we can stay in our home as we begin to adjust to this new reality. We are also working to cover funeral and cremation expenses, basic living costs, and medical bills.
If you feel able to give, we are deeply grateful. If not, your prayers, love, and sharing this mean just as much to us. We have felt so much support already, and it has carried us through these first days. Thank you for loving Chris and for surrounding our family with kindness during this time. With love, Rachel and family
