Twelve year old Peter has had a passion for motorsport since birth. From just a few weeks old he'd sit on his mum's knee, enthralled at the sound of Formula One cars on the TV.
In January 2022 Peter got his first taste of self-driven petrol power at the local indoor kart track, and from that point on he's barely been away from a track. In April 2023 Peter's karting career moved outdoors and 2024 saw him competing both locally and nationally in the Honda Cadet and Honda Intermediate classes at Teesside Karting and for the Super One series.
2025 sees Peter move up full-time to the Honda Intermediate class and we are hoping to compete in the same championships once again. Teesside always brings a competitive Honda grid to the fore which is great for improving racecraft, and Super One will enable him to defend his 2024 Championship title.
Like many sports, competing comes with significant expense. We are lucky to already have the support of a few local businesses who are invested in Peter's journey, and any additional support we can garner from friends, family and our local community will be gratefully received and go towards race-day expenses.
