I'm taking part in a sponsored walk organised by Quayside-Care Qsc in aid of Pembrokeshire Young Onset Dementia who offer the only service in Pembrokeshire for individuals living with Young Onset Dementia their families and carers. This service is a much needed service which designed specifically for younger people living with dementia. Providing age appropriate actives in a safe, friendly, supportive and stimulating environment.
