Supporting Patty Patrick & Family

Patty Patrick (previously Anderson) tragically lost her husband and the love of her life, Mike, a couple of weeks ago.  She deeply appreciates those who have shown up with words of support, meals, and other gifts of comfort.  Some have asked what else they might do to provide support during this difficult time.  While there is little that we can do to ease the pain of her loss, she is facing a number of practical stressors with which we might assist.

Mike prided himself in being the protector and provider of the household.  With Mike’s passing, she now faces the impending loss of health insurance and the pressure of finding full-time employment while still in the midst of heartbreak. 

She also faces uncertainty about several household projects that Mike had planned to complete, including necessary bathroom repairs to address accumulating water damage and mold, and the replacement of a section of fence that has started to rot, creating a concern for their two dogs.

These are on top of household bills and other costs associated with Mike’s passing.

Patty is slow to ask for help and was initially hesitant to support her loved ones in creating this fundraiser, but the financial realities of her situation are real, and we wanted to provide this platform for those who might be looking for additional ways to show up for Patty during this time of unfathomable loss.  Any donation is welcome in helping ease her financial burden at this time.
