If you’ve been involved in Australian skateboarding over the last 20 years, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Pat Gemzik, seen one of his photos, watched footage he captured, shared a laugh with him, or been inspired by the passion and authenticity he brings to everything he does.

Pat isn’t just a skateboarder. He’s a storyteller, a creator, a friend, and a true original. Through his camera lens, he has documented countless moments that have become part of skateboarding history. He has travelled far and wide, capturing the raw spirit of skateboarding and shining a light on the people who make our culture so special.

More importantly, Pat has always been there for others. He has supported skaters, encouraged creativity, celebrated individuality, and dedicated much of his life to giving back to the community he loves.

Today, Pat needs our support.

Following a devastating brain tumour diagnosis, Pat’s life has changed dramatically. The road ahead is filled with ongoing medical treatment, rehabilitation, uncertainty, and challenges that most of us can barely imagine. The physical, emotional, and financial toll has been enormous, affecting not only Pat but also those closest to him.
