Update 6/17: On Sunday Owen had another surgery to work on his legs and ankle, in addition to ensuring the original operations on his organs went well. The surgeon was pleased, and will do a dye test in a couple days to make sure everything is still working as it should. He will start rehab today and be moved from ICU. Mom says he’s doing as good as can be expected and was ‘ready to go’ before the surgeries, tough little cookie…

 Hello everyone,

 My name is Brooke Cornwell, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend & family Taylor. On June 14th, her youngest son, Owen was involved in a serious car accident that has left him hospitalized. He has already undergone his first surgery where they discovered his pancreas and colon had a tear which caused internal bleeding, and will preform surgery again Sunday to check on repairs and will continue to watch the artery in his leg, doctors anticipate he may need to remain in the hospital for the next month.

 During this challenging time, we are seeking your support to help alleviate the financial burden that comes with medical expenses, travel costs, and the loss of his mother's salary as she takes time off to be with Owen during his recovery. Your donations will go directly towards covering medical bills, transportation expenses for his family to visit him, and lost salary.
