Supporting our valued colleague Oscar

Oscar has worked for RB Sellars since July 2023 and has been a wonderful contributor at our Distribution centre. Oscar is regularly nominated for our values recognition awards or for the DC’s Make A Difference (M.A.D) awards and is loved by all team members for his hard work, generosity, and care for others. Now it’s our time to care for Oscar!

Recently Oscar received a cancer diagnosis and will need active treatment for the next three months and therefore, will be unable to work during this time. We want to support Oscar as much as possible through this extremely difficult time health-wise and financially, so we can support him during his recovery. The DC leadership team have been visiting Oscar at home and in hospital for support and encouragement.

How can I help I hear you ask? For every dollar our employees contribute to Oscar’s Go Fund Me page, the company will triple the donation amount. We can’t think of a better way to demonstrate our “Community – work together” value to care for and support each other during difficult times.
