Help support our Mighty Mindy

Our dear friend and coworker Mindy was suddenly and unexpectedly diagnosed with a C4-C5 disc herniation and a pinched C5 nerve root, necessitating immediate surgery. During her workup, they also discovered she has a congenital abnormality, a Chiari Malformation, which has resulted in her also having a CSF leak. They are hopeful that it will resolve without needing additional surgery, however, she will still need to be closely monitored with frequent MRIs even after she has fully recovered.

Those who know Mindy know she is the kindest person, always putting others before herself. She is very involved in taking care of both her immediate and extended family. She and her family are currently in the midst of building a new home, and this loss of income couldn't have come at a worse time. We are hoping we can raise enough money to ease the burden of being out of work on Mindy and her family.
