We are heartbroken to share that our dear friend, Sai Sri Harikrishna (Pandu), tragically lost his life after drowning at Meramec State Park in St. Louis. Although he knew how to swim, due to a sudden whirlpool and strong current, he was pulled under.
Harikrishna was originally from Vijayanagara (Bobbili, Piridi), India, and was living in St. Louis, Missouri. He had recently completed his Master’s from Webster University.
He came from a humble, hardworking family — his father is an auto driver and his mother is a nurse. He was their only son, and they worked tirelessly to support his education and dreams.
This sudden loss has left his family and loved ones in deep grief and shock.
During this incredibly difficult time, we are coming together to support his parents with funeral expenses and other unexpected financial burdens.
