Help Manny Rebuild After the Devastating Storm in Mipnuk, Alaska

Our friend Manny could use our help. A powerful storm recently tore through Mipnuk, Alaska, causing massive destruction and forcing residents to evacuate. Homes were damaged or destroyed — including Manny’s.

After the evacuation, Manny temporarily relocated to Anchorage, but the cost of living there made it impossible to stay long-term. He has now returned to Mipnuk, only to find his home in heartbreaking condition: holes in the roof and walls, a broken door that won’t close, and no heat as the Alaskan winter sets in. Most of his essentials are damaged or gone, and he’s doing his best to rebuild from almost nothing.

Manny isn’t just anyone — he’s a valued member of our Wolfpack family, and he’s also a friend to many in DiDi’s 529 group. He’s always been supportive, uplifting, and kind to others in our community, and now it’s our turn to return that kindness and help him through this incredibly tough time.

We’re raising funds to help Manny with:

Emergency home repairs (roof, walls, and door)

Heating equipment and fuel

Basic supplies (food, clothing, bedding, and essentials)

Transportation and rebuilding materials
