Hi, my name is Grace and I’m fundraising to help cover the ongoing medical care for my heart dog, Orion

Orion was diagnosed with chronic bilateral hip and elbow dysplasia when he was 2 years old. For the past few years, we’ve been managing it with hydrotherapy, chiropractic care, joint support, and structured exercise. It’s become part of our normal routine.

Over the last few months, we’ve also been navigating ongoing gut issues. There has been extensive testing, medication, diet changes, and investigations to understand what’s happening. We’re finally getting some answers, but it means several more months of specialised food, treatment, and continued care.

Caring for one chronic condition is a lot, but managing two at the same time has been significant. I will always give him what he needs, but the ongoing costs are adding up.

Funds raised will go directly toward his continued treatment, specialist food, testing, and long-term management to support his quality of life.
