Six-year-old Oliver is fighting stage 4 neuroblastoma. His family are urgently searching for any possible treatment, trial or support in the UK.

We are holding a fun day at our Depot in Newcastle to raise awareness and funds to contribute to Olivers treatment.

Anyone is welcome to attend our Halloween car wash, where the team at Aerial Platforms will wash your car, give out goodie bags along with other fun and games.

Any shares or contributions for this amazing cause is appreciated and welcomed. Please use supplied official links to follow Olivers journey.

An update from Olivers loved ones:
Olly UPDATE: The fight just got harder, YET we can and will fight harder!

Yesterday brought us a huge blow for us as a family, as we didn’t get the best of news following the nuroblastoma advisory panel.

Olly’s case went to the surgical panel to see if surgery could remove enough of his tumour to get him to the point, he needs to be for CAR T-cell treatment in Rome.

Sadly, they have said surgery isn't possible and they wouldn't be able to remove enough of the tumours to get him to where the team in Rome needs him to be.

They also told us that they don't believe radiotherapy will shrink everything enough to get him there either.

Olly’s consultant advised us that randomly giving more chemotherapies in the hope something will work, is adding more toxicity, side effects and weakened immune system.

Obviously, not what I was expecting or wanted to hear, especially when Olly is full of beans and mischief, and is looking healthier than he has in a long time!

YET, let me be clear, we were NOT told, there is nothing else we can do!

The medical plan has changed, YET Oliver’s Army’s plan HAS NOT!

The Medical Plan

Home: to be with the people he loves and live life!
Radiotherapy: as soon as his lungs are clear; hopefully, being at home will speed up his recovery.
Trial: due to become available (2wks ish) that combines the chemoimmunotherapy he had in Dec/Jan that cleared his bones.
Monitoring: Olly’s consultant will monitor his progress at the weekly clinic, keeping an extra close eye on him for any changes.

Oliver’s Army Plan:

We meet with Solving Kids' Cancer on Monday and will be seeking guidance in relation to the campaign and what came to light yesterday.

Armed with Olly’s medical records since his diagnosis, our search for second opinions, trials, specialists and innovations now goes into global hyperdrive!

Please do not stop anything you are doing or planning to do for Oliver’s Army campaign. We may need to get him on a plane, to anywhere in the world, at a moment’s notice!

So,
Rome might not be possible right now, YET Rome wasn’t built in a day!
Yesterday was a massive blow, YET no one said there’s nothing left we can do!
We’ve ‘trusted the process’ YET still looked globally for answers!
The panel gave their thoughts, YET now we speak to others for theirs!
The fight just got harder, YET we can and will fight harder!

I want you all to know how grateful I am for the messages, shares, ideas and action.
It means the absolute world to me and the family.

Lets come together and be part of Olivers Army!!
