Here is our Story:
In 2018, my family and I lost the most amazing, humble, generous, funny, and hardworking man we knew – my dad, John Edwards. A few years earlier, we also lost my beautiful brother, Brad Edwards, whose memory inspired me to start Bradley’s High Riders – our family polocrosse team. We first took to the field to honor Brad and raise money for The Black Dog Ride, an organisation close to our hearts.

The polocrosse community, our family, and friends stood beside us – donating money, offering items for auction, and cheering us on (even when we didn’t win a game!). Playing in our Bradley’s High Riders shirts has always been about honoring Brad, but this year we want to honor Dad as well by raising awareness and funds for Oesophageal cancer.

This disease took Dad from us, and sadly, it continues to impact many families. By supporting OCAGI (Oesophageal Cancer Awareness Group Inc.), we can help fund vital support for patients and their loved ones.

Our 2025 team will proudly be: Dad’s kids – Paul Edwards, Yvonne, and me – alongside Brad’s daughter and Dad’s granddaughter Emily, grandson/nephew Harry Giffin, and granddaughter-in-law Emily G. It will be a true family effort, filled with fun, love, and purpose.

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Together, let’s ride in honor of Dad and Brad, raise awareness, and support those facing Oesophageal cancer.
