Calling out to those in the community who want to help support Nurses and Healthcare Workers on the front line...

Calling out to the West Nyack and Link Elementary School Families (and any family who loves being entertained)…

Calling out even more specifically to fans of Willie Wilson…


Mr. Willie Wilson, the multi-talented director of so many wonderful theater productions here in Clarkstown, has volunteered to do a special video recording of a song from The Lion King (which WNES students performed this year) and post it on Facebook for all of his students (and their families) to enjoy. 

I convinced him to hold off because I think we can make the most of his amazing talents by hosting a fundraiser to help NURSES AND HEALTHCARE WORKERS who are truly doing God’s work and working tirelessly to keep our families and friends safe during these challenging times.

Knowing how giving our community is…  PLUS… Knowing how many people have loved Willie’s work through the years…  I know we can make this fundraiser a huge success.

 
SO HERE'S THE DEAL  -- Over the next 72 hours (by Thursday 4/16), I hope we can raise over $1,000.  If we can pull it off Willie will release his wonderful talents on Facebook for our kids to enjoy.

I have asked 4 wonderful nurses that I know, and they were all in agreement that we could use the proceeds to to purchase meals for the nurses and healthcare workers who are working so many hours and often don’t get any real break to grab a bite to eat. Thank you to Susan (pictured in full PPE above), Katie, Terry and Denise for responding with your great ideas and for being our saviors!!
