On the morning of September 8, 2026, cousins Noelle and Haylee were involved in a devastating collision in Albuquerque, New Mexico, when their vehicle was struck by a semi-truck that ran a red light.

Haylee tragically lost her life at the scene. Noelle survived the crash but remains hospitalized in critical condition as she begins what is expected to be a long and uncertain road to recovery.

In a matter of seconds, two young lives—and the lives of everyone who love them—were forever changed. Haylee and Noelle are deeply loved daughters, cousins, granddaughters, nieces, and friends. Their families are now facing circumstances they never could have imagined: grieving the heartbreaking loss of Haylee while surrounding Noelle with love and support as she continues to fight.

Supporting Noelle’s Recovery

Noelle sustained significant injuries and has remained hospitalized as her medical team continues to care for her and determine what the road ahead may look like.

At just 19 years old, Noelle should be looking forward to all that lies ahead of her. Instead, she and her family are facing an unimaginable and uncertain journey. Noelle’s path forward is still unknown, and at this point, it is impossible to know the full extent of the medical care, rehabilitation, therapy, equipment, or other support she may need in the weeks, months, and potentially longer ahead. Her recovery will most likely require specialized treatment and rehabilitation outside of New Mexico, bringing additional expenses for transportation and travel.

This fundraiser has been created specifically for Noelle and her recovery. Funds will be used to help with medical and rehabilitation expenses, travel related to her care, therapy, equipment, and other needs that arise as her care progresses and her long-term needs become clearer.
