My mother recently lost her husband, life partner, and business partner after a long and incredibly difficult year-long battle with cancer. Throughout the past year, they faced countless challenges together, including multiple surgeries, severe complications that left him unable to continue chemotherapy due to an allergic reaction, and unimaginable pain. Through it all, they remained by each other’s side, focusing on making the most of every moment together.

As his health declined, the business they built together was forced to remain closed for an extended period, creating a significant financial strain while they navigated mounting medical expenses and the realities of his illness.

His passing has left an unimaginable void in my mother’s life and an overwhelming burden on her shoulders. In addition to grieving the loss of the love of her life, she is now facing funeral expenses, everyday living costs, and the challenge of keeping the business they built together—and his dream—alive.
