Supporting My Kids, Studying for My Future I Need Your Help
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jenna. I’m a single mother of two to a 16-year-old son and 1-year-old baby girl. I’m currently a full-time nursing student with a 4.0 GPA in my third term, with just one more to go before I graduate in January 2026 and officially become a nurse....a dream I’ve worked so hard to make come true.
But right now, I’m DROWNING and I need help.
Because of my class and clinical schedule, I can only work weekends, just 8 hours a day. I’ve fallen behind on basic necessities. I’m now facing:
An eviction notice due to a past-due rent balance of $1,195
Car repossession risk with a balance of $1,800
School tuition I pay out of pocket, including a past-due balance of $294.70 due immediately and another $148.29 due August 15
On top of that, I’m doing everything I can to keep life normal for my children. My son plays football, and I travel for practices and 7-on-7 game. Gas alone is a stretch. The father of my daughter only provides for her daycare and basic needs. He does not help with bills or contribute financially beyond that. When our relationship ended, he left me with unpaid debts and has refused to help since.
This has been incredibly hard to share, but I’m putting my pride aside and asking for help from my family, friends and community. Anything helps. Truly. Even a few dollars will go toward keeping a roof over our heads, keeping my car (which I need for school and my kids), and staying enrolled in nursing school.
This won’t last forever. I’m almost there. I will be a nurse by January 2026 and will use my career to give back in every way I can.
If you can’t donate, please share my story.
Thank you for reading, praying, supporting, or giving, whatever you can do means the world to me and my babies.
With love,
Jenna Future LPN
