My name is Saikiran Ginjupalli. I’m writing this with a heavy heart about my father, Prabhakar Ginjupalli.
On April 17th, 2026, in the evening, my father met with a severe accident. He was just seconds away from reaching home when a high-speed bike hit him. The impact threw him nearly 10 feet onto the ground.
He suffered critical injuries:
- Blood clots in the brain, including around the small brain (cerebellum)
- A broken collarbone
- Multiple facial fractures
- A displaced left hand
- Damage to his left eye
Right now, he is surviving on ventilator support.
We consulted several neurosurgeons and were told that his chances of survival were less than 1%. Still, we chose to continue treatment, holding on to hope for a miracle.
Over the past two days, we’ve seen small but meaningful signs, he’s been moving his hands and legs. It feels like he’s fighting and asking us not to give up on him.
He urgently needs ongoing medical care to survive.
In just 6 days, we have already spent around 5–6 lakhs on tests and medications alone. The main treatment is yet to begin, and the expenses are beyond what we can manage.
I’m trying to raise funds for my father’s treatment. Any support, no matter how small, would mean a lot to us. If you’re unable to contribute, please consider sharing this.
We are holding on to hope. Thank you for standing with us.

Update 04/24
Doctors have now performed a tracheostomy to help him receive oxygen. Since he has been on ventilator support for more than 6 days, they advised that continuing on the ventilator for too long can affect his lungs.
We are continuing treatment and closely following the doctors’ guidance.
