Hi everyone

I’m so excited to share that I’ve been given the opportunity to travel to Spain for an 11-day study abroad experience through my dance program at Montclair State University. During this trip, I’ll not only be training, but also working with and dancing alongside children, using movement as a way to connect, teach, and share joy across cultures.

As a dancer, experiences like this mean everything to me. Being able to immerse myself in a new environment, learn from different communities, and grow both artistically and personally is something I don’t take for granted. This opportunity is a huge step in my journey as I continue pursuing a career in dance and working toward my long-term goal of teaching and creating meaningful, expressive work.

I’m incredibly grateful to have already received scholarships that have helped cover the major costs of this program. I’m currently raising additional funds to support my day-to-day expenses while abroad, including cultural activities, local experiences, and any extra opportunities to learn and grow while I’m there.

This trip is also extra special to me because I’ll be celebrating my golden birthday on the 23rd while in Spain, making this experience even more meaningful and unforgettable.
