Supporting My Dad’s Recovery - Vasile Turc Family

As many of you know, my dad - Vasile Turc, is a self-employed car hauler and the sole provider for my parents and my two younger siblings. Recently, while working at home, he had a serious injury and broke his leg on a trailer tongue. He was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery to have a rod placed in his leg to stabilize his tibia and is now beginning a long road to recovery that will keep him from working for the next several months.

Because my parents are both self-employed and work the same business their income comes from the same source and unfortunately when my dad is unable to work, income ceases. Being self-employed for them there’s no safety net—no sick leave, no workers' comp, no paycheck during this healing period. My parents are incredibly hardworking, humble people who never ask for help. But right now, they need support to get through this unexpected season.

We’re hoping to raise funds to help cover monthly living costs and medical expenses to support their family of 4 while my dad focuses on healing and getting back on his feet. Any amount, no matter how small, means the world to them. If you’re unable to give, but are willing to pray for our family, your prayers are immensely appreciated!
