My mum, Wilberta Tinaco, has been there for me through every up and down, every triumph and every struggle. But now, it's my turn to be there for her.

April last year, my mum was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. The news was devastating, and our world was turned upside down. We could not believe it. How does a strong, healthy-eating person suffer from cancer? It’s mind boggling. It’s very hard to accept but we have to.
