My name is Kerryann, I am starting this GoFundMe for my sister Morgan and her family.

My sister, Morgan, was 33 weeks & 5 days pregnant with her baby boy, Robert Dale. She was preparing to meet him soon. Morgan had a scheduled C-Section for April 23rd, Robert’s hospital bag was packed, and everything was ready to bring him home. He was so deeply loved and already a part of our lives.

In the days leading up to this tragedy, Morgan’s liver enzyme levels had been a concern and were being closely monitored. On Tuesday, April 7th, Morgan noticed that she hadn’t felt Robert move. Like any expecting mother, she tried everything—eating, resting, and gently pressing on her belly—hoping to feel him respond. When nothing changed, she went to her OB for reassurance.

There, they performed a non-stress test and then an ultrasound. It was during that ultrasound that they were given the devastating news—there was no heartbeat.

From there, Morgan had to endure the unthinkable. She underwent an emergency C-section to deliver her beautiful baby boy, Robert, who was stillborn on April 7th at 6:07pm. He weighed 5 lbs. 1.8 oz and was 17 inches long.

Robert was so loved, so wanted, and already had everything waiting for him. His loss has left Morgan, her fiancé, Francis, and their 2-year-old daughter, Emma heartbroken. They are now facing overwhelming grief as well as physical recovery from major surgery for Morgan.

I am hoping to ease some of the burden during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will help cover medical expenses, cremation, funeral and memorial costs, allow Morgan the time she needs to heal physically & mentally, pay for therapy, and allow Francis time off from work to grieve, help with Emma, as well as take care of Morgan.
