Hi everyone — my name is Chase, and along with my girlfriend Kirsten, we’re reaching out today to help someone very close to our neighborhood who truly needs support right now.

We’re raising funds for our sweet neighbor, a lifelong piano and voice teacher whose only source of income comes from teaching lessons. She is currently down to just two students and is struggling to keep up with rent and mounting medical bills. She doesn’t use social media and has always relied on word-of-mouth through her church for students, so she has no way to reach new clients. She is genuinely worried she won’t be able to cover her basic living expenses much longer. She even taught my sister over 20 years ago and has spent her life pouring into others through music. Any support — whether through donations, sharing this post, or connecting her with new students — would mean the world and help her stay afloat during this incredibly difficult time.

My name is Chase Bradley, and I am organizing this fundraiser for my longtime family friend and neighbor, Judy Rowland. Judy is aware of this fundraiser and has given me permission to organize and manage it on her behalf. She does not use technology and is not able to manage online accounts, so I will be handling the funds for her.

All funds raised will be used for Judy’s essential living expenses, including rent, medical bills, utilities, food, and transportation costs. I will either transfer funds directly to her or pay expenses on her behalf to ensure she receives full support.
