Our dear friend Mindy is navigating the unimaginable loss of her beloved husband, Chris, who passed away unexpectedly at only 52 years old.

Chris was a devoted husband and a proud father to his daughter Sam and son Stihl. He spent his life helping others as a 33-year veteran of the Salt Lake City Fire Department, living a life defined by service, courage, and compassion. Beyond the uniform, Chris was known for his larger-than-life presence, his generous heart, and the way he showed up for the people he loved.

In the wake of this sudden loss, Mindy and her family are facing not only overwhelming grief but also unexpected financial burdens.
