My sister-in-law Rachel and her husband Matt are going through an incredibly difficult time. Matt’s father is in the final stages of his battle with cancer. His health is declining quickly, and they are preparing to make the six-hour drive to Brockville to be by his side, hoping they can make it in time to say goodbye.

Rachel and Matt run a small home-cleaning business, and the time away from work,both now and during a recent trip has put a serious financial strain on their family. With more clients needing to be canceled this week, they’re facing the stress of lost income on top of an already heartbreaking situation.

This fundraiser is to help ease that burden. The goal is to give Rachel and Matt the support they need so they can be with loved ones without the added worry of finances.
