Supporting a Beloved Family After a Tragic Loss

For the past 12 years, Martha Betty Vicente has been far more than our cleaning lady. She has been a constant, dedicated presence in our lives, helping and being here for my boys when I needed her, and making my Airbnb endeavors possible. I simply couldn’t have done it without her and her unwavering work ethic and support.

Last week, Martha and her family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. Her sister Raquel's daughter, just 19 years old, was tragically struck by a car and lost her life in San Rafael. A young life full of promise was taken far too soon, leaving behind a family overwhelmed with grief and heartbreak.

During this incredibly painful time, Martha is doing her best to support her family emotionally and financially, while carrying a level of sorrow no one should have to bear alone. We are raising funds to help ease some of the financial burden they are facing, including funeral expenses and time away from work so she can focus on grieving and supporting her loved ones.
