Maria Sandoval is part of our work family from Mountain View. At work she's a member of our management team, at home she's a superhero single mom to 2 beautiful daughters.
Recently her family was affected by Covid-19. Her sister, mom and dad all having been diagnosed. They live in Mexico and getting information from the hospitals there has been very stressful.
As of this week, her sister has recovered, her mom is in a medically induced coma, and her dad has passed away. Maria now needs to plan services from afar, while still monitoring her mother's health updates. She's trying to decide whether to travel at this point to visit her family and coordinate the funeral for her dad.
We can only imagine what she is going through. We want to show her our emotional support, but we also wanted to try to do more. If any of you are in a place where you can spare some funds to help Maria, please add that here. If you would like to keep her in your thoughts, please do, as we know she will appreciate that. If you would like to send a message of condolence, please do. Any bit of support is welcome.
We all love and appreciate our work family, and Maria needs us now more than ever.
We plan to keep this going through the end of Tuesday, August 25th and then release the funds to Maria.
