This GoFund me is being created on behalf of the Gafford family, Malcolm, Monica and their 4 girls, Natalie, Peyton, Maliya and Maycee!

7 years ago Malcolm and Monica received a parents WORST news and were instantly preparing for a difficult season in their lives. Their beautiful daughter Maliya had been diagnosed with a rare cancer in the form of a brain tumor. Maliya has had several surgeries and procedures over the last 7 years. With every surgery, she has fought hard and has truly thrived and been nothing short of determined to live life to its fullest. And she has.

Over the last seven years the Gafford family has been surrounded by a huge village of family and friends who also have been so very blessed to do this thing called life along side Maliya.

It is now time to come together one last time in the biggest way and support Malcolm, Monica, Maliya and her sisters. 7 years ago, what seemed like the worst news then, is now so tiny in retrospect to the most recent news. Maliya’s body is tired. It is now time for her to rest.

Maliya is home surrounded by her family as she waits for Jesus to meet her and walk with her into her next life.
