The Vision and Mission

Since I was saved by Christ, I believe we are called to a calling beyond anything we can perceive within our human mind. The first two most important commandments are: first, to LOVE God, and second, like the first, to LOVE others as ourselves (Matt 22:37-40, Mk 12:30-31, Deut 6:5, Leviticus 19:18). Imagine that! A world where LOVE is not only felt, but lived. Knowing that these two are commandments tells me it is possible to find answers to our life questions. Think about it, why would God leave us such commandments? I believe He left us the ultimate answer to life, HIMSELF. It is striking to me that fulfilling these commandments places us above any law we could ever accomplish on our own (Matt 22:37-40, Galatians 5:14). As the greatest commandments flourish we are called to action (Heb 11), which places us in a position of acting genuine love by being love, and ultimately we are naturally aligned with the spirit of the law, therefore, we transcend the need of external regulations and worldy answers.

Establishing this organization has been challenging. First, because the vision and mission I see seem to go beyond what already exists. Second, finding individuals who share the same vision, mission, and passion is challenging when facing the structures of comfort and worry. However, there has been a call within me from long ago that says, “When no one believes, you believe. This journey didn’t start from the top. I was told to get over it, and I was not a fit for it. Don’t stop, even when they doubt, you keep on going, because when no one believes, I believe.” Since then, I have cried many tears, and much pain has come to my life. Nevertheless, one step at a time, I began to get stronger in Christ, and my faith cried out louder than my exhaustion. I have become determined, and now here we are.

I believe Jesus is not done saving lives. He is not done sharing the good news. He is not done loving us, searching for us. God loved us first and made a way for us to be saved and restored. People do not believe this because they don’t know about it or simply refuse the truth. What they hear about God and His grace has been confined to a worldly system that drains and drags souls to be conformed to the patterns of the world. For a long time, I sought answers in a world and in the “church systems of today” that offered me nothing but feelings and wonders that never led anywhere. When I think about what the great men and women mentioned in Scriptures went through so that the message they firmly believed, Christ Jesus, Lord and Savior, would reach the world, the truth is we fall short of effort. The great men and women of faith gave everything up to follow Jesus.

So, what should we do now? I believe that all efforts matter, but we must also share in one accord. If we share a common belief that Jesus is Lord and Savior, and we say we love Him with all of our hearts, minds, souls, and bodies, then what is left is to love others.

Loving others is what Seeing Through Blind Eyes Corp stands for. We don’t love as the world loves; we love as we have been loved by Christ, sacrificially. We care for the salvation of souls and journey on a path of spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. I like to be sensitive to the truth that in our era, we work hard to survive and supply our needs, but at what expense? Where is the balance? And if there is one, how do we apply it so that we can continue to serve God through serving others?

Seeing Through Blind Eyes is not a legalistic movement or vision; it is a compassionate, faith-driven, love-inspired organization that recognizes the need for Salvation and Soul Restoration. So, we strive to love and serve God, and love others as we hope to be loved. I hope to be loved sacrificially, with integrity, honesty, but also edifying correction, discipline, and structure. How about you? To achieve these goals, we must turn to the only one who is able to guide us, edify us, and transform us, JESUS! Jesus came to set the captives free (Lk 4:16-21), and on that day when He read the scroll of (Isaiah 61), He was clear, he came to bring the good news, but stopped before the rest of that reading that speaks for the day of the Lord, that which is the day of judgment.

Therefore, if He has not returned, we have an opportunity to walk the Great Commission (Matt 28:19-20), and that is what Seeing Through Blind Eyes intends to do; we are on the journey. We care for people’s well-being, and for that reason, we provide venues that focus on self-care. Nevertheless, our most important vision and mission is to ensure that those who are willing to listen will hear that we have a Savior, and He is setting people free from judgment, sin, and death. The next questions are, HOW ABOUT YOU? WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?

It is my prayer and belief that if you share these truths, we can join forces and journey together on a life-giving path that brings good news to the captives and witness the restoration of souls through Jesus Christ, the LORD. Shalom, Shalom!
