Renovations have already started at Linda's home with more planned in the coming weeks. All of this was made possible by your kindness and generosity and Linda and her family want to thank you all!

In May 2022, our wonderful friend Linda Upshall was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, better known as ALS. This was devastating to Linda, her family and all of us who know and love her. Over the last year, we have heard countless times, “please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.” As time goes by, Linda’s mobility and day-to-day needs are changing, and soon she may need modifications to her home and vehicle and new mobility aids. We want to take the stress of these costs away from Linda and her family.

Linda is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is a loving mother and wife, a devoted sister, and a loyal family member and friend. Honestly, she is probably the best person I have ever known. Her smile, positive attitude and cheeky sense of humour have endeared many to her over the years. But I have never seen someone as strong and determined as Linda over the past few years. She is a true inspiration and I wish I had an ounce of her strength.
