Myself (Coleen) & Christopher have decided to set up this fundraiser (with the families blessing), to help support Austin Lewis and his family during his road to recovery. His sister Haley has also been made Admin.

Lewis as he is known by most was in a car accident in Belnan in the early morning of New Year’s Day. He was airlifted to the hospital and has been in ICU since.

Lewis will remain in ICU for many more weeks followed by months at the Rehab facility.

His family is going through a families worst nightmare, they have a long road ahead of them and any and all help, even if just a share is greatly appreciated ❤️

Jacqueline’s Latest Update;

We spoke to the Dr's and the outlook is not great

He has a severe brain injury and they dont know the extent of the damage or what kind of recovery to expect.

They are expecting a long recovery. At least a few weeks in the hospital and several months in rehab.

He has been weaned off of all sedations and hasnt had any visible seizures.

He is showing a lot of signs that hes waking up ie: moving his hands and responding to us talking to him from time to time.

He had a chest xray today, and going for an eeg tomorrow (that's to check for non visible seizure activity) they dont expect it but its routine.

He will be in the icu until they feel confident that he can support his own breathing and they can take the breathing tube out.

Other than that, he has good color, strong vitals and hes in really good hands
