My name is Bridget and this is the first, and hopefully last, gofundme I will ever be setting up. Saturday, March 21, 2026, my son and his children experienced a terrible loss that I hope no one else has to face. He lost his best friend and parenting partner. Their 3 children, ages 8, 5, and 3, lost their mother. Ashlie was sunshine and energy, love, kindness, and compassion all wrapped up into one beautiful person, and we that are left behind to cherish and share her memories, will make sure her sweet babies will always remember those things about her. People who have wanted to know what they can do to help, have approached me and other family members wondering how they may be able to do. So I have set up this gofundme for him and the children. The unexpected funeral costs (around $8,000 at this time), along with day to day living expenses while they navigate through this are a lot.
