Kristy and her two children are navigating the unexpected and tragic loss of Kyle, their beloved husband and dad. He died in a boating accident on May 28, 2026. Kyle was an integral part of our community. Many of us saw him dropping and picking up his kids from school everyday, working in the community as a tile setter, or knew him as a friendly neighbor who was willing to go out of his way to help.

Kristy is now facing the unexpected challenge of raising their two young children, Brett and Edward, by herself, as well as navigating incredible grief.

We are raising money to help with funeral costs and whatever else the family may need as they try to find a path forward. As Kristy said, Kyle "was my world." Let's do what we can as a community to support Kristy and her children.
