If you know Kennedy, then you know how incredibly kind, giving, and selfless she is. She’s the one who’s always there to lend a hand -whether it's rescuing an animal, stepping up for a fellow volunteer, or simply spreading her light and positivity wherever she goes. No matter how chaotic things get, Kennedy is the calm in the storm, always smiling, always helping.

Today (6/1), while volunteering at a rescue event - as she so often does - Kennedy suffered a serious fall. She broke her ankle badly and had to be taken to the hospital by EMS. This wasn’t a minor injury...we’re being told it will likely require major surgery and significant time off work to recover.

Kennedy spent her Sunday giving back, just like she always does. She was there to help fosters and find forever homes for rescue pets - until her day took a painful turn.

Now, it's our turn to give back to her.
