I’m asking for prayers and support for my mother-in-law, Kelly, as she courageously battles CIDP—a rare autoimmune disease that attacks the nerves and slowly takes away strength and mobility. Kelly is a devoted mom of five and grandma to eight, and truly one of the most selfless, faith-filled women I know. She has spent her life loving and serving others, always putting everyone else before herself. One verse she holds close through all of this is Psalm 46:5 — “God is within her, she will not fall.” ✝️
After much prayer, we’ve found a 28-day treatment program in Mexico that offers real hope in slowing or stopping the disease. It includes chemotherapy and stem cell therapy, but it’s not covered by insurance and must be paid upfront, along with travel expenses. This is hard for our family, but we are trusting God every step of the way. Once Kelly has the treatment, she will hopefully be able to qualify for a bilateral corneal transplant, which could further improve her quality of life.
We would be so grateful for your prayers—and if you feel led to give or share, it would mean more than we can put into words. Thank you for lifting Kelly up and surrounding her with love.♥️
