On Wednesday 23rd February, my nephew Kane had a terrible motorcycle accident where he was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital and was lucky to have survived. Kane severely broke his femur and has had two surgeries so far to stabilise his injuries. Kane is a single father to a young son and part owner in a new landscaping business. Unfortunately, Kane has a long and arduous rehabilitation ahead and is likely to be out of work for quite some time. We want to assist him financially to reduce this burden so he can concentrate on his emotional and physical recovery.
