Supporting Johnson’s Family in Their Time of Loss

It is with the deepest sorrow that we share the passing of our beloved friend, Johnson Joy.

Johnson, just 34 years old, passed away suddenly on 2nd October 2025 after a cardiac arrest. He was a healthy, vibrant man whose kindness, love, and warmth touched everyone who knew him. A devoted husband and proud father, he leaves behind his wife, Alby Lukose, and their two children — Emy and a newborn baby.

Johnson was the heart of his family, and his loss is beyond words. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that he was preparing to travel to India next week to meet his newborn baby for the very first time.

We, Johnson’s friends, have created this fundraiser to support his grieving family during this unimaginable time. The funds raised will go toward:

Covering funeral expenses and repatriating Johnson’s remains to India so his family there can say their final goodbyes

Helping provide stability and support for Alby, Emy, and their newborn

Relieving the immediate financial burdens his family now faces
