Jim Lamb has been a dedicated electrician with Sequoyah Electric for the past 12 years. Throughout his time with the company, Jim has earned the respect of his coworkers through his strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. He has always shown up for his team—now it’s our turn to show up for him.
Jim has been battling Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), a type of lymphoma. This will be his fourth round of treatment in an incredibly difficult fight. After exhausting all other treatment options, his medical team has determined that a stem cell transplant is now his best and only path forward.
Jim is scheduled to undergo surgery at the end of February, followed by an extended recovery period. Doctors expect him to be out of work for 3 to 5 months, and unfortunately, he does not have FMLA available until mid‑June. During this time, Jim will face not only the physical and emotional toll of treatment, but also significant financial strain from lost wages, medical expenses, and everyday living costs.
This fundraiser is intended to help ease the financial burden so Jim can focus fully on his health and recovery without the added stress of wondering how bills will be paid while he is unable to work.
Any donation, big or small, will make a meaningful difference. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping Jim in your thoughts.
Thank you for supporting Jim during this incredibly challenging time. Your generosity, encouragement, and kindness mean more than words can express.
