Our sweet cat Jet is nearing the end. Earlier this week I met with our vet who explained that at 19-years-old, Jet’s heart is now starting to fail, and she’s only got a few comfortable weeks left.

We are utterly devastated and heartbroken. I’ve been dreading this moment for months, and even though I knew it was coming, I’m not ready.

End of life costs are quite expensive. We’ve chosen at-home euthanasia, so she can be comfortable and feel safe. Any help covering these costs would be greatly appreciated as we navigate this difficult time.

Her final weeks are being spent getting endless treats and cereal milk, constant snuggles and head smooches, and telling her that she is the sweetest, prettiest, bestest girl, our little house panther, JetJet, JetPuff, Floof Nugget, The Void, the Best Beast, JetEngine, El Floofo, Das Gato, My Sweet Girl ♥️
